Warranty
1. The warranty of laser source is 2 years.
2. The warranty of the whole machine main parts are 1 year , except for the consumable parts such as ceramic ring, focus lens,
nozzle, etc. Warranty counts from the date marked on the label of the laser source and machine.
3. Except the damage artificially, seller is responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the warranty period. The
buyer needs to send back the broken parts for exchange and The cost of the parts round-trip express delivery is borne by each
side.
4. Exceeding the warranty period, parts need to be repaired or changed, shall be paid.
After sales service
1. Seller pay the salary for engineer, buyer should pay for the airplane tickets and provide accommodation to engineer
2. The seller will provide technical guide by e-mail, telephone, WeChat, WhatsApp and so on.
3. The buyer should pay for the travel expense if local service needed within warranty time.
Important notes:
1.The cutting speed is dependent on the fiber optics, material quality, gases, optical lenses and cutting diagram etc.
2. The purity of Nitrogen should ≧ 99.99 %, the purity of Oxygen should ≧ 99.9%. 
3. When processing the maximum thickness of the material, it shows low efficiency and cutting quality is
also reduced, and can not be continuously processed.
4. Cutting parameters need to be adjusted when cutting brass, aluminium etc. i.e. highly reflective materials, the maximum
thickness can not be processed continuously.
5. Test environment is 10° C ~ 35° C, relative humidity below 35%; no large-scale electrical equipment around, no
electromagnetic interference; power quality: three-phase unbalance <2.5%, line voltage fluctuation <5%.
