Part – A (10×2=20 Marks)
1. Which meter is useful for measuring only DC quantities ?
2. Draw the circuit of Wien Bridge and its phasor diagram under balance.
3. Give the principle of operation and need for Q – meter.
4. The current in a circuit is got by using a resistance R of 3Ω. The vertical trace of
the CRO screen is 10 cm and the Y amplifier setting is 6 V/cm. Find the rms value
of current taking the waveforms as a sine wave.
5. Define THD.
6. What is the need for multiple period measurement ?
