USER INTERFACE OF MY PROPOSED ENROLLMENT SYSTEM OF PLMUN

This is my Main form. There’s a USERNAME, PASSWORD, LOGIN button, CLOSE button, link label Forgot
Password?, and link label here. If you click the LOGIN button, Login form will pop up. In link label Forgot Password?,if
you click it, ForgotPassword form will pop up. And if you click the link label here, Form 3 will pop up which is the
register form, where you can create account if you don’t have one.
 As you can see in the password, there is an eye, and if you click it you will see what you are typing. And if
you click it again you will unsee what you are typing.
 This is ForgotPassword form. It will pop up if you click the link label Forgot Password? In the Main form. As
you can see, there is an EMAIL ADDRESS textbox and SEARCH ACCOUNT button. You can type your registered
email address there to search your account.
 We’re still in this form. After you type your registered email address, the picture above will pop up. It means that
they found your registered email address and you can change your password by clicking OK button, and ChangePassword
form will pop up.
 This is ChangePassword form. As you can see, there is NEW PASSWORD and CONFIRM PASSWORD
textboxt. You can type there your new password. There is also a CHANGE button and link label Login your Account,
which means if you click that linklabel, you will back to Main form to login your account.
 This is also a ChangePassword form. If you click the CHANGE button, the picture above will pop up. It means
that you successfully change your password and you can log in your account. If you click the OK button, the Main form
will pop up.
This is my Form3 which is the register form. Form3 will pop up if you click the link label here in the Main form.
In this form, you can create an account and registered your email address to login in the Main form.
 Once you filled out all informations, the picture above will pop up which means you are successfully registered and
you can login by clicking the linklabel LOGIN, and Main form will pop up.
 This is Login form. Once you have an account, you can login. In this form, you just need to filled out the information
there.
 After you filled out everything. There is a picture will pop up. It means you successfully submitted your
information and you just wait for their post in their Facebook page about the list and the schedule of the examiner.
