Steps in creating an account

Step 1. Register

To start, open any browser of your choice then type

the portal address in the address bar.
https://r6sipalay.hubhuman.org/
It is advised to use the DepEd email accounts for this
matter.
e.g. juan.delacruz@deped.gov.ph
From the portal address that you searched, click register
on the upper right corner of the screen.
Take note of the following reminders:
• Use your real name to register. Avoid using
alias or screen names.
For Gender, click the drop down menu and choose
your gender. You will be given three choices: Not
Specified, Female, and Male.

For birthday, click the blank field to have the

calendar pop-up and choose your date of
birth starting from month, year, and day.
Enter your active cellphone number.

NOTES:
Use an active and real cellphone number.
Announcements from your portal will be sent to your
number.
Replace the first 0 of your cellphone number with our
country code(63).
ex. from 09171234567 to 639171234567

Click the checkbox if you agree with the Terms and

Conditions.

Click the button.

Initial Information
You will be asked to check or enter your First Name, Last
Name and City.

Confirm your account.

 Edit Your Profile

Terminal Objective
At the end of the session, the participants must be able to create
and edit their HubHuman Account also explore the features of
the HH software.

Enabling objectives:
 Perform the steps in editing profile
 Navigate the basic pages of the HubHuman Software

Add your profile picture by clicking the “Choose

File” button, then find and select the image you
want.
 Click Here

Always click Update your Profile to

save the changes and so we can see
what we did on the profile.
Next is the Organization Tab, it allows you to
find members from a specific organization.

Activities/Sports/Hobbies/Pastimes/Etc., these tabs

allow you to find other members with the same
interest.
In Profile Editor Kids Tab, it allows parent to inform the community the
gender and age of their kids, and what sports activities, etc. they engage in
for serious competition, recreation, socializing, make new friends, etc. E.g.
Users can search for parents with a 10 year old male who plays tennis at a
defined level of ability

Referrals are the members that Top Referrers

joined or use the HubHuman
software that signed up using the
link that originated from you,
making you a referrer.
You can also view the events and teams and upload your photos.

Update Your Account

To update your account
just click the drop down
arrow and select Account
Button
If you want to change the email address you used, just
clear the data in email address and input the new
email address you want to use. To make the changes
happen just input your password click the update
button at the bottom.
You cannot change your username.
To change your password, encode your desired
new password in the box and retype it in the
“Password Confirmation.” To change your
password, input your current password click the
update button at the bottom below.

If you have two accounts in HubHuman and you want

to deactivate the other one, just click the Cancel
Account button.
By clicking 'cancel account', you are authorizing the
developers to completely delete your profile and all
information. This is not an undoable action. If you have
any questions about your account, before canceling,
please contact support.

Logout your account

To logout your account, click the drop down
arrow and select Logout Button
