As a WebSphere / Documentum Administrator, I was responsible for supporting
multiple Documentum environments for one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in
the world. The environments consisted of Documentum Content Server 5.2.5/5.3/6.0,
WebSphere Application 5.1/6.0/6.1, IBM HTTP Server 2.0/6.0/6.1 and Captiva. One of
the Documentum applications I supported was used by the Accounts Payable department.
All invoices for the entire company were processed using this application. Another
Documentum application I supported was used by the entire company to submitting
travel expenses. Users of both systems could scan or fax in their invoices or travel
expenses and Captiva would process those documents and convert them into digital
format that was then inserted into Documentum. Once the invoices and travel expenses
are imported into Documentum, workflows would be triggered which would start the
approval workflow process of the invoice or travel expense. In support of these
applications my day to day responsibilities included:
 Maintaining the stability of the platform the applications were hosted on.
 Working problem tickets that were submitted by end users of both applications.
 Applying security patches for WebSphere, IBM HTTP Server and Documentum.
 Effectively interacting with the users of both systems on a daily basis, decreasing
downtime and increasing user productivity.
 Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and interact with IT staff or vendors
in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
 On call 24x7 support for WebSphere, IBM HTTP and Documentum Production
Servers.

As a Certified WebSphere v6.0/v5.0 System administrator, I set up and maintained a

complex WebSphere environment consisting of 8 servers. This environment was
architected for fail over at the application server, http server and database server levels.
Currently 51 web sites are being supported in this environment and they must be
available 24/7. I also set up and maintain Documentum 5.2.5. Documentum is being
used for content management purposes. Documentum is responsible for publishing out
web site content such as jsp pages, html pages, images and other web site media.

As a Java architect/designer, I was responsible for object-orientated analysis/object-

orientated design of current systems. Use Servlets, WebSphere, JSPs, Custom Tags,
RUP, XML, XSL, Struts, EJBs, OOD, and UML. Use UML/RUP to develop
requirements and architect a solution. Lead new design and architecture efforts for
internationalization of all global web applications for future flexibility and expandability
using Rational Application Developer.

As a solutions architect/designer, I designed and supported a J2EE Vignette content

management application that maintains 35 global country web sites. The content
management system is an enterprise wide solution that allows each country in the
company to maintain their own country site on a daily basis. The content management
system is in operation 24 hours a day and it’s my job to make sure that all the sites are up

compliant and makes use of the MVC design pattern. The key technologies used in the
content management system is J2EE, Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Rational Application

As a solutions architect, I planned and led the development of a portal of disease
specific web sites. The web sites that I developed contain very useful information for
Doctors and patients. The disease portal sites are maintained by a J2EE Vignette content
management application that I developed to maintain the web sites. The content
management system is a web based application that manages all the page layouts, text,
images, mp3 and all remaining multi-media files. The system I designed is J2EE
compliant. The application uses WebSphere as its J2EE application server. I designed
the content management system based on the MVC design pattern. The key technologies
used in the content management system is J2EE, Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, XML, Struts,
WebSphere, Vignette, Oracle, Java Script and HTML.

in the market place. In addition to supporting these systems for the Middle and Far East
Group, I had an opportunity to travel to other Coca-Cola offices at these locations:
