Production Manager

1 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Manpower

• Manage the production for product within the specified time and quality
• Constantly aim at the best performances of the production equipment
• Ensure Health & safety among staff in Production
• Ensure availability of the plant equipment
• Prepare production annual budgets
• Ability to manage teams and work cross functionally

2. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

• Decision-making capacity

3. EDUCATION

Degree in Mining Engineering, Production, Chemical, General engineering with 5-10 years experience in
a Mining Industry.

Quarry Manager

1 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operations in a mining quarrying environment .

• Manage demand, cost and the environment
• Ensure safe environment is in place and qualities of materials needed for production are met.
• Manage, plan and supervise all quarry activities
• Manage teams and work cross functionally

2. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

• Ability to make decisions

• Result oriented
• Sense of urgency- agility
• Decision-making capacity
3. EDUCATION

Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or equivalent with 5 – 10 years experience in a Mining Industry

Quality Manager

1 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the Quality Management system in totality

• Manages and ensures standards of quality compliance and standards
• Manage Quality Budget
• Manage and ensures all adherence to manufacturing and safety regulations.
• Manage teams and work cross functionally
• Sustains quality efficiency

2. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

• Ability to make decisions

• Result oriented
• Sense of urgency- agility
• Decision-making capacity

3. EDUCATION

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Mining Engineering with 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Mining Industry.
