Note: Trauma bonds to time mean you may feel certain emotions during a certain time of the year due to past trauma that
occurred during that time. You can say the following prayer if trauma bonds come up, then muscle test to see if it's gone
(other underlying issues may also need to be released). You can also pray it each day for a whole year to cleanse your
timeline.
