ART APPRECIATION
MODULE 3 ASSIGNMENT 1

“The slow and steady wins the race”

“Our time on this planet is limited, and as we get older, we realize this more and more.
All of the hurt, troubles, and disappointments of the past or present does not keep us
from living our next moments in search of happiness, even though it is easier said than
done. Life is just too brief. Grudges are pointless, so laugh when you can, apologize
when necessary, and let go of what you can't fix. Still consider what you had and
appreciate what you have. Never forget to forgive, but never forget to forget. People
alter, things go wrong, but keep in mind that life goes on.”
Moral Message:
Life can feel really long at times, and a day can feel like seconds at other times.
Days spent in joy and happiness provide us with the optimism and courage to face
another day. Seek guidance from these wise words, and let your inner desire to live a
happier life out. You don't want to look back on your life and lament all the things you
didn't try or recognize. Nothing is more frustrating or stinging than regretting something
we should not have done or should have done but didn't. I'm sure you can remember a
few occasions in your life when you wished you hadn't done anything, and those
thoughts are typically never far from your mind.
