Weekly Engagement – Weighted Decision Hybrid Assignment

What are we doing?

You will determine your OWN personal projects by creating your OWN weighted
decision model for your PERSONAL projects; you will prioritize your projects. You will
analyze your model.

Why are we doing it?

The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with practice in determining your future
objectives and applying a specific project selection technique.

Who am I doing it with?

This assignment is an individual assignment. It can be completed in Word, Excel or
PowerPoint.

How am I doing it?

- Decide on which software application you will be using for the submission.
- Create a list of possible projects.
- Create criteria.
- Rate your projects.
- Provide a short analysis of the outcome of your analysis.

What do I hand in?

You will submit one document (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) to INCLUDE a title page; title
page is to have the assignment name, your name, your student number. Submission
