We have many years of Australian experience with the home lift. Austand homelifts
require minimal maintenance. Under normal circumstance the lift requires maintenance
only 1-2 times per year. Other lift suppliers, may require more frequent inspections
which only increases your operating costs.

When the main power cuts off
unexpectedly, the power supply of
Austand CH-3000 MRL homelift
will automatically shift to UPS
instantaneously. Passengers will
be carried safely to floors specified
or the nearest. This function is
standard in Austand CH-3000 MRL
home lift.
Auto dialer
When adults or children use the
homelift, safety is our first
consideration. Austand CH-3000
series has a auto-dialer in the COP
panel. Pressing the push button for
5 secs will cause the auto dialer to
call our 24hr service number
automatically in order to make
contact with the service facility.
Ventilation of Cabin
The probability of distress caused
by poor car ventilation can be
high. Our style vents in the lift car
not only increase the car`s
aesthetics, but allow adequate
ventilation.
Access door and Lock
Many Home Lifts in the market
are provided without an
emergency access door giving
no consideration for passenger
safety. Should there be an
incident where the lift stops
between the floors, the roof
trapdoor may be the most
efficient means of rescue and
access to the passengers.
Fire-rated landing door
Austand CH-3000 series was
designed with automatic car and
landing door systems, compared
to the traditional hand operated
doors. It is far safer, beautiful and
comfortable! The landing doors
are EU standard labyrinth
structure fire-rated design to
provide further peace of mind.
Rope Broken Switch

switch system, it is provided to
indicate unequal rope tensions or
broken suspension rope for
additional safety.
