Objective:
General Objective:
To increase the number of beneficiaries for enhanced livelihood
Projects through increased revolving capital.
Specifically;
1.To help at least 14 members of the association avail of
enhanced livelihood projects.
2.To enable members to expand their livelihood to increase
production or increase value of products through value chain and
3.To generate income by providing sufficient capital to cater to
proposed enhanced livelihood projects.

Budget: Php700,000.00

FCF Minerals Corporation

Details of the Activity:

1. Before the turn-over of fund, the Memorandum of Agreement


between BLGU- Runruno, CBO and beneficiary was signed.
2. A short program was conducted. Opening prayer was led by
Ptr. Mercy Bagnaran, one of the beneficiary of Enhanced
Livelihood Project and a member of Kinalabasa Rural Workers
Association. Also, Kagawad Grace Damaso and IPMR
Catalina Maanao attended the activity and gave their message
in behalf of the Punong Barangay John M. Babli-ing, they gave
emphasized on the sustainability of the fund for the Enhanced
Livelihood Project.
3. Each received Php50,000.00 as capital for their enhanced
livelihood project such as ginger production, tomato and sweet
production, corn production, sari-sari store, trading business
and feed store.

Details of the Project: The project will be implemented by target Community Based
Organizations through the FCF-SDMP Project as approved by the
Barangay Council of Runruno that was identified based on the
result of livelihood assessment that was conducted. The FCF
Minerals Corporation through the Community Relations Office in
coordination with the BLGU of Runruno. The SDMP budget was
distributed to the beneficiaries based on proposed livelihood
projects.
The capital will be used for the procurement of additional inputs
for the expansion and diversification of the beneficiary’s enhanced
livelihood project.
The project cost will be paid back by the beneficiaries from the
income derived by livelihood project to the association/s as
identified based on the procedure and policies agreed by the
members, FCF-CRO and BLGU. The payment will be rolled over
to other interested members who wants to expand or for an
additional livelihood.
