items.

Example: Sorting goods in pantry.

Seiton – Set in order; arranging correctly and to make correct preparations.

Example: Arranging your files in your computer in their proper folders before doing what you have to do
to them.

Seiso – Cleaning; Cleaning as a form of inspection.

Example: Wiping the dusty and filthy sink clean.

Seiketsu – Standardization; Setting up standards and norms and maintaining them.

Example: Creating standards on item identifications in shelves.

Shitsuke – Self Discipline and Training; Always follows the rule and applying it as a habit.

Example: Organizing your bed after you woke up in the morning.
