General

1. Read carefully before completing, signing or submitting this form.

2. Applicant must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
3. Refer to application process below for list of supporting documents needed. Incomplete
applications will not be considered.
4. Complete form in full and in Block Letters. Illegible applications will not be considered.
5. Applications received after the given deadline will not be considered.
6. If any question does not apply to you in this application please put N/A in the space
7. Note that these funds cannot be used to pay for existing loans or debts.
8. Assistance is extended only to students undertaking a 1st degree in the fields of Science,
Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, at a recognized local university.
9. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
10. The Bank’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Application Process

Applicant must submit the following items:

1. Completed application form (legible)
2. Application letter not exceeding one page, indicating why the scholarship is being applied
for and how it will help the student to achieve their career objective.
3. Two recent certified passport size photographs(less than 3 months old)
4. Certified copy of National Identity
5. Certified copy of Birth Certificate
6. Certified copies of educational certificates or transcript as applicable
7. Requirements: Minimum 15 ‘A’ level points in 3 subjects.
