All forms of negative, emotions and thoughts should be avoided or minimized since this will
only aggravate your condition. Anger and intense worry devitalize the whole bioplasmic
body so that the body becomes susceptible to all kinds of diseases. To remove stress
energy accumulated through the years may take time, but this will greatly improve the
physical condition. Healing yourself takes a longer time and requires more effort.

AVOIDING NEGATIVE KARMA

Vicissitude and misfortune are reflections of the old you! They are
the manifestations for negative Karmic Seeds planted in the past.
Unless your karma is worked out, you cannot progress. All you
have to do is follow the Law and the Law will take care of you.

Avoid:
Stealing, Pride & Gloating, Enviousness, Ingratitude,
Injury, Pay your debt and pay on time.

To whom do you give

a) Parents – Give financial Support or Gifts.

b) Spiritual Teachers – Give financial aid or Support Projects.
c) Spiritual Institutions - Churches or Temples
d) Relatives, Workers and House Helps.
Non-karmic obligation

a) Yogis, Priests and Nuns

b) Charitable Institutions and People

When you give something is comes back to you many, many times in Tithing, you
must decree that the Good Karma will come back to you and your family many,
many time.

ON CHARACTER BUILDING

The reason some people are in big trouble is because they have big character flaws.
Problems arise from lack of principle, lack of character, lack of integrity, and lack of
moderation.
