MEMORANDUM OF SOCIETY

1. NAME OF THE SOCIETY :

3. AIMS AND OBJECTS:

The aims and objects of the above society, for which the same is established, are
as under :

a) To create a aense or brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and

effection amongst the members of the society and the general public.

b) To promote the cause of National integration and unity of India and to fight
against the forces of separatism in India.

c) To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the solution of
problems of laboures (SHRAMIK) all over in India, and abroad.

d) To appear in the various courts on behalf of the labourers and to provide

legal assistance to them.

e) To promote literacy culture and defuse the unlawful knowledge amongst the
labourers/sharmiks.

f) To organise awaraness programmes/discussions/axhibitions and other

activities for the welfare and uplitement of labourers and also to provide
them the notifications, newly amended rules/acts etc.
g) To provide food, cloths, employment and shelters to the members of the
society and to the general public at large.

h) To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradication of
social evils of our society like-child labour.

i) To open hospitals and charitable dispensaries.

j) To make survey for collection of dates or the attainment of any object of the
above society.

k) To receive financial and non financial assistance from Govt./Non Govt.

organisations, International Bodies, Banks, Companies, and from any other
legal entity or individual for the attainment of the aims of the society.

l) To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other of farings (in shape of
moveable or immoveable properties) and the same shall be utilised for the
promotion of Aims and Objects of the above society.

m) To publish books, charts, illustrations, journalis, magazines, periodicals,

News Letters/Pappers and other publications on the different subjects and in
different languages for the promotion of above society.

n) To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve,

manage and/or develop all or any part of the property or the building of the
above society necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of
the objects of the above society.

o) To assist and co-operate the other Associations/Societys/Trusts in their

work/activities whose aims are same like this society.

p) To do other acts activities which are necessary to attain the aims and objects
of the above society.
 q) All the incomes, earnings, movable or immovable properties of the society
shall be solely utilised and applied towards the promotion of its aims and
objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit on
thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends,
bounds, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members
ofthe society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the
present or the past members.

No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or
immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of
this membership.

4. GOVERNING BODY : The names, address, occupations and the designations

of the present members of the Governing Body to whom the management of the
society is entrusted, as required under the Section 2 of the SOCIETIES
REGISTRATION ACT, OF 1860, as applicable to the National Capital
Territory of Delhi.
