INSTRUCTION 1 (Risk Assessment): Identify what shipboard operation will be agreed of the
group based on their department/shipboard experience, identify its location (i.e. at sea, at
anchor, or at port), enumerate at least 5 possible safety hazards along with its counter
preventive measures and list down at least 5 standard conditions of crew and the vessel during
carrying out of the shipboard operation.
