The Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College of Las Pinas believes that Learning in a

classroom setting can only do so much. At a certain point, students need to apply what

they have learned to a real-world situation.

A well-established internship program is vital to the college’s aim to funnel their

graduates to established and financially secure careers after graduation. It is also an

avenue for graduating students to learn new skills and encounter real-life work

opportunities that they would not receive otherwise in regular classroom settings.

The Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College of Las Pinas through the College Research

to the establishment of a framework for the main campus on the job training program.
We believe that your insights, suggestions, and recommendations from your experience

as former Guidance Department Head, in the effective conduct of the OJT program at the

Dr. Filemon C. Aguliar Information Technology Training Institute, is vital to the successful

handling of the DFCAMCLP main campus On the Job Training program.
