What is ‘THE SONIC SECRET’ ?
Unlike the individuals throughout human history who held back on releasing the Law of Attraction, I’m a firm
believer that universal truths which hold the power to radically transform the landscape of personal development
should be shared with the brave souls who have the courage to seek a better tomorrow. However, much the same way
wisdom can only be earned through experience; universal truth must only be acquired after a committed search. For
it is within the commitment to search that the individual proves their worth.
Just as a beggar remains poor because he chooses to wait for a handout instead of seeking his fortune the opposite is
also true. Those who seek a more aware existence will be granted treasures beyond their expectations. If you hand that
hobo a large sum of money he will surely squander it and be right back in his desperate state before long because he
has placed little value on the unearned wealth. Yet, someone who has made a commitment to finding a higher level
of being will enjoy the riches of their quest a thousand times over by figuring out that the search itself was the hardest
part.
The journey is the key. The reward is simple. Dare I say easy? Imagine walking through a desert endlessly searching
for the oasis. Dune after dune, you climb and fall, then out of nowhere… there it is, Paradise! Will it take you long
to adjust to it? Or will it be a simple transition? I think I know your answer. As one of the Law of Attraction faithful
you’ve searched for a higher experience and your search has brought you here… to this simple transition.
It is my privilege to be here with you. Please understand that I am just a conduit whom you’ve attracted into your
reality at this point in time. I am here to simply greet you at this oasis and provide you with the tools and equipment
you seek to continue on your journey. You see THE SONIC SECRET is not my creation. I may have labeled and
organized it, but it has always been here just like the Law of Attraction itself. And just like the Law of Attraction once

Thank you for your curiosity and courageousness I assure you they will be rewarded. Now, it is time to unlock the
mystery surrounding The Sonic Secret…
At the core of this LAW OF ATTRACTION MUSIC SYSTEM is what I call The Sonic Secret…..which is “Harmonized
Vibration Efficiency.” Let’s take a second to walk through the explanation of Harmonized Vibration Efficiency. It all
begins with a basic understanding of the Law of Attraction. To start with, The Law of Attraction is based on energy
and vibration. In order to take advantage of the Law of Attraction we need to actively focus our energy to send the
correct, positive, non-contradictory vibration out to the universe, which will then eventually reverberate back to us in
the form of what we want and how we want to live.
Now, the secret to that sequence is as follows, and it is the central understanding of Harmonized Vibration Efficiency.
To illustrate, let’s take two individuals, named Pat and Sam, who are actively practicing the Law of Attraction. Both
Pat and Sam understand the Law of Attraction and devote the same amount of time each day to focused thought,
attitude awareness, and gratitude.
On the one hand, Sam simply uses the power of the Law of Attraction itself; without any further assistance from
anything to attract transformational items and events. Sam’s results are great in their own right, but what if Sam had
a way to strengthen and heighten the vibration that he was sending out to the universe?
On the other hand Pat uses the Law of Attraction much the same way Sam does. However Pat takes it to the next
level by incorporating THE SONIC SECRET. Instead of just visualizing and focusing like Sam, Pat is visualizing,
focusing, and playing a personal attractor concert in her head! Pat is surrounded by melodies which are harmonizing
with the vibration she is sending out to completely transfix her level of attraction. Pat has also linked very specific
desires to the lyrics within the songs she is playing in her head to ultimately send much more powerful requests out to
the universe. Finally, remember Pat is investing the same amount of time each day on practicing the Law of Attraction
as Sam is, However melodies and rhythms take hold in an individual’s subconscious dramatically more deeply than
mental texts do. So, in reality Pat’s subconscious is sending the requests to the universe constantly throughout the day
as the songs and melodies play over and over again.
I’m sure you’ve noticed how your subconscious will bring melodies and songs into your conscious mind out of thin
air. Sometimes I’ll find myself humming a tune or singing a song I first heard 20 years ago! I bet that has happened
to you as well. Imagine if we had linked the messages within those songs to very specific desires? We would have had
that super powerful vibration of energy shooting off into the universe attracting whatever it is we wanted without us
knowing it year after year! Now that’s what I call Harmonized Vibration Efficiency!
Harmonized is the process of melody linked with focused desire to drastically compound and strengthen the frequency
of the Vibration an individual sends out the universe which ultimately creates a mega-efficient attractor phenomenon.
That’s how Harmonized Vibration Efficiency works.
Be sure to not confuse or blend The Sonic Secret of Harmonized Vibration Efficiency with the simple fusion of song
for effect. Take for example a sporting team which plays a high energy song before they take the field or a wedding
band that performs a sensitive ballad for the bride and groom; these are simply tones that are played at a certain time
with the prearranged goal of achieving a short term predictable shift in energy. We all know and have experienced this
many times. It is why we love music to begin with. The tried and true method of tones effecting energy is awesome.
However, what we have tapped into here with The Sonic Secret intentionally linking specific desires to songs specifically
written and recorded to obtain a specific Mega Vibration Of Attraction.. it is the new frontier of manifesting.

Now that we have established what The Sonic Secret is, it’s time to move onto its most intimate detail. As with the
Law of Attraction, The Sonic Secret is something that needs to be “worked” to become effective. The main part of
the process which the Law of Attraction touches on is the understanding that authentic balance is key from the very
start. In order to achieve this balance everyone practicing The Sonic Secret must acknowledge the fall before they can
scale the mountain; or in other words you must give credence to any and all negative, limiting, or controlling beliefs
or factors that present themselves both at the beginning as well as along your journey. If you resist these elements they
will continue to appear again and again.
Achieving authentic balance by allowing these elements to “be” as they are will allow you to fully open your capacity
for manifesting anything you want. Be sure not to dwell on these elements because if you do you’ll begin to actually
generate more of them; but rather embrace them with the understanding of, “Without the drop, the view from the
mountain’s summit wouldn’t be as amazing.” It all comes together as one. It’s one perfect mixture of authentic balance
(how you’ll implement Authentic Balance within The Sonic Secret system will be addressed in the System Instructions
section).

Ancient wisdom shows that sound has a remarkable power to balance and bring life into harmony. Many spiritual
traditions name the creative energy of sound expressed though music as a source of healing, growth and empowerment.
The Sonic Secret: Law of Attraction Music System does an extraordinary job of adapting these truths to modern times.
Joe DePalma has natural insight into the depth of the power of tones, vibration, and the energy behind the music he

As a professional Energy Diagnostic-Vibrational Healer and Empowerment Facilitator, my work includes all forms
of sound to promote positive change in the mind, body, and spirit. My “sight” allows me to work with sounds that
cannot be heard and vibration which cannot be felt. Sound in the form of music is the most frequent and unconscious
vibrational pathway of movement in our daily existence. It is the most valuable energetic tool available for moving
toward and living in abundance.
A true explanation of music must include the simplicity of vibration and energy.
Vibration must be present before there is sound.
Vibration sources movement.
Without movement there is only the stillness of silence.
Therefore, movement must be suspended for stillness to be achieved. Likewise, stillness must also be interrupted

from this flow is experienced when the physical body is in a state homeostasis. I have witnessed a variety of physiologic
functions being altered in positive ways through the strategic use of sound. Simply listening to carefully selected pieces
of music has encouraged reduced anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate as well increased immune function.
Additionally, working with women in labor, people suffering from cancer, and trauma patients has shown that music
is often beneficial in reducing and tolerating pain. The power of music is limitless.
Musical vibration is a solid example of a law of physics which states energy is never lost; it is merely transformed.
Another law of physics states that the universe is in a constant state of vibratory motion. Our unique personal vibration
offers us our own special map of purpose and direction. This gives us an opportunity to live these out in both positive
and negative ways in an attempt to balance ourselves, our environment, and our lives.
Emotional attachments respond positively or react negatively to the “energy” of each note, word and/or full melody,
dictating what one will or will not attract. This is based on the belief that a complex energy system maintains the

enhance the alignment of mind, body and spirit. Thus, the energetic behind music supports one in recognizing
imbalances. As a result, breaking the chain of outdated patterns becomes easier. Consequently, new fences may be
built to hold in and ground the various laws of attraction.
Musical vibrations of energy may bring peace of mind, happiness and an opening to attraction of that which we most
deeply desire. For instance, one may see themselves in the future with the perfect mate and life when listening to a
soft, tender love song. This intensifies the desire each time the song is heard. The same music may catapult one in the
opposite direction fueling a series of negative emotions. Feelings of loss and heartbreak encourage a sluggish personal
vibration, anchoring in pain rather than moving toward the desire of happiness and being loved. Simply put…

Each song section in this guide manual will guide you through the steps that need to be taken to attach your individual
desires to the specific messages within each song which will allow you to send the most accurate, powerful, and
efficient attractor vibration out to the universe. All 13 song sections feature space for you to record the following four
types of responses in order to fully incorporate The Sonic Secret:
• Authentic Balance Check: This is where you acknowledge your awareness of any negative, limiting, or
controlling beliefs which could be holding you back from attracting the desires. Each song section will
only have one “Authentic Balance Check” section for you to record in.
• Adjusting Your Compass: Just as a captain needs to inspect the ship’s main compass before breaking free
from the dock to ensure a successful journey; so do you need to adjust your inner compass and take on
the responsibility of navigating towards your desires. Each song section will only have one “Adjusting
Your Compass” section for you to record in.
• Key Desires: This is where you record your specific desires as they relate to the lyrics in that particular
part of the song along with supporting details. Each song section will have multiple “Key Desires”
sections for you to record in.
• Attractor Assistance: This is where you record a few helpful acts you’re going to perform to aid the
universe in facilitating the manifestation of your desires. Recording your “Attractor Assistance” is NOT
mandatory; however greater riches beyond what an individual can imagine tend to vibrate towards those
who help themselves. Each song section will only have one “Attractor Assistance” section for you to
record in.
Lastly, now that the system contents, technology descriptions, and section layouts have been organized; here are the
final instructions for the correct way to use the system discs:

Use these tips along with your previous Law of Attraction knowledge as you begin to explore the main

1st Step: Bonding With The Messages and Harmony (DVD Disc)
Play the Music Video DVD until you’ve watched all 13 videos. Be sure to read every lyric as they appear on the screen.
The only instruction here is to focus your attention on the messages while allowing the harmony to flow through you.
Don’t write in the guide manual, take notes, or do anything else other than focus your attention on the messages while
allowing the harmony to flow into you.
You need to repeat this 1st step three times in a row and it will take about two hours. Sit back, relax, play all of the
videos, and create the space for The Sonic Secret to begin working for you. Don’t move onto the next step the same
day you do the 1st step. You need to wait at least one day after you finish the 1st step to move onto the 2nd. You’re
allowed to repeat this 1st step for up to five days before moving onto the 2nd step. Bonding to The Sonic Secret’s
messages and harmonies may take longer than you expect. Every person is different in this regard.
2nd Step: Flushing Your Consciousness and Recording Your Awareness

(CD No. 1)
Play The Sonic Secret – Law of Attraction Music System Soundtrack of 13 songs in a quiet relaxing space (playing
the CD in the car, walking, or anywhere else that requires additional action is for later in the system). While you’re
playing the CD allow the individual songs to flush out those areas of your mind while you record everything you’re
thinking and experiencing in the Awareness Notes Log. Don’t worry about formalizing these entries. Write as fast and
as much as you can. You can pause the CD if you would like. This step is to allow you to begin making the songs your
own. The Sonic Secret is YOURS. No matter how a song’s topic appeals or doesn’t appeal to you right now you must
flush your consciousness of your thoughts pertaining to that message and write them down. You need to repeat this
2nd step three times in a row until you have nothing left to record for each song. Don’t rush through this step. Take
your time and record everything. As the old saying goes, it’s time for the good, the bad, and the ugly. Don’t move
onto the 3rd step the same day you finish the 2nd. Take your time. The more you rush now, the less you’ll attract later.
3rd Step: Making The Sonic Secret Work For You (CD No. 2 and 3)
Play the Master Instruction Disc A which contains the song sections 1-6. This disc will walk you through each song
section within the system. Each song section on the discs has its own chapter in the guide manual. As you listen to
each song section, you must follow along with the lyrics in the guide manual. You’ll need to pause the CD whenever
you come across a (PAUSE) in the guide manual. This will occur a number of times during each song section. When
this happens you must press PAUSE on your CD player and follow the instructions.
These instructions will allow you to attach your specific wants and desires to the song sections within the system.
Be sure to reference your notes from the Awareness Notes Log in Step 2 when you officially record your replies into
the guide manual. For each song section, you’ll be asked to record your Authentic Balance Check, Adjusting Your
Compass, Key Desires, and Attractor Assistance details. You can also use the specially selected quotes placed in each
Awareness Log to help stimulate your entries. It is very important to take your time and devote massive focus to each
song section as you record your entries into the guide manual.
As you finish with the six song sections on Master Instruction Disc A, you’ll need to repeat this step with Master

The following 10 essential action steps are included here for you as a reference to the basics of the great Law of
Attraction. These steps need to be practiced and implemented over and over again before you attempt to tap into the
advanced practice that is The Sonic Secret.
The essential steps that follow are nothing new to anyone who has investigated the Law of Attraction even a little bit.
However, if you’ve never looked into the Law of Attraction at all please use these 10 steps as your introduction to one
of the most powerful forces in the universe.
Only after you’ve developed a working understanding of the following 10 steps and have made them your own should
you proceed onto The Sonic Secret.
1) Center Your Mind

Create a place within your living environment which acts as a peaceful sanctuary. A place you can go to leave
everything behind and sit quietly. This peaceful sanctuary need not take up a lot of space; it simply needs to be a place
designated for centering your mind while becoming receptive to the universe. Spend some time in seated relaxation
(between 5 – 15 minutes) while focusing on your breathing. Allow your mind to slow down and become centered.
You’ve nowhere to go and nothing to do except to be right here right now… centered.
2) Label Exactly What It Is You Want

Being 100 percent clear about exactly what you want is critically important when practicing the Law of Attraction.
If you’re even the slightest bit unsure about what it is you want to attract you’ll end up sending mixed signals out to
the universe and in turn will receive mixed results. You must obtain the exact coordinates of your desires if you want
them to navigate into your life. That means you must face the fear which comes with getting what you really want
in life. It’s a common experience to fear obtaining your desires, but stay focused on what you want and continue to
believe it will all be yours.
3) Place Your Order with the Universe

Order your desires from the universe by recording them over and over again in written form as if you’ve already
received them. “I’m so trilled and thankful to have received….(include your exact desire here). Also be sure to state
your order in a very positive manner as the universe will return exactly what you state. For example don’t state; “I want
to heal this broken heart,” or “I want to become debt free.” The universe will respond by sending you more “heart
break” and “debt” because that is what it is hearing from you. Instead state to the universe “I am in a deep and loving
relationship,” and “I am very wealthy and a magnet to money.”
4) Envision Obtaining It
On a daily basis take “visionary breaks” where you spend several minutes playing an imaginary movie in your head
which stars you within your ideal life. Your ultimate dream home, your perfectly healthy and fit body, and your

mind-blowing romantic relationship must all be present as you visualize living with your deepest desires. You want
to envision these desires so strongly that your physical senses take over and you can almost feel, hear and smell them
coming into your reality. This will enable your thoughts to vibrate and send the frequency of exactly what you want
out to the universe. As you continue and expand on your desires you’ll filter in your emotions as well which further
increases the frequency.
5) Gratitude + Thankfulness = Magnetizing

You are among the most fortunate people on Earth to have discovered the Law of Attraction. Be thankful and focus
your attention on the loving act of being gracious. This will demonstrate to the universe that you’re able to live a life
of abundance. Write down what you’re most thankful for and read it every day. Make gratitude your way of life and
you’ll become a magnet for your desires.
6) Surrender Control
At this stage you’ve done the bulk of the workload for generating your desires. It’s time now to watch as your order is
sent out to the universe. Relax and be peaceful. Don’t try to force or will the universe into action. Allow it to come
around naturally and in its own way to manifest your desires.
7) Walk the Positive Path

Keep your feelings in check and on the positive path. Become aware of how you are feeling. You’re not a bystander to
the ups and downs of your feelings. Once you notice that you’re off the positive path remember how thankful you are
for everything and then do something that makes you happy. Listen to music or connect with nature. Staying positive
is essential. Wear a smile and the feelings will follow. The positive path is the only one that leads to your desires.
8) Demonstrate Patience
If you have practiced the above steps correctly the universe will respond in its own time; not yours. Be patient. The
universe is infinitely more knowledgeable than you are and thus will grant your request at the perfect time and in the
perfect way. All you need to do is continue to stay positive and create positive feelings and thoughts while keeping all
limiting and negative factors away.
9) Open the Door

When you realize that your desires have manifested into your life celebrate them fully! Embrace your gifts from the
universe with all of the gratitude and love you have within you. Be sure to focus and send your thankfulness back
out to the universe to continue the vibrational flow that binds everything in the universe. Continue to build your
momentum by diving into the pool of your desires and posting pictures of them and even singing them aloud. Take
tours of properties you desire and deeply research the places you want to visit. Allow everything you want to be part
of your life so one day it can flow completely into your life.
10) Pass on the Riches

Use your new found connection to the universe to aid others who are struggling. Feel the joy and awareness of the
Law of Attraction and pass your knowledge onto others. Once you fully grasped the Law of Attraction you’ll notice
that you’ll become not only a magnet for your desires, but you’ll also become a magnet for new people, children and
even animals. The energy that you’ll be giving off will act as a conductor which others will be subconsciously drawn
to. When they arrive, help them along with their journey and point them towards the Law of Attraction. And most
importantly; Have Fun.

Forming A Sonic Secret Attractor Group
The Sonic Secret Law of Attraction Music System is encouraged for use in a supportive group format after the system
has been completed by each member of the group. The reinforcement of the song sections with a group provides a
deep and lasting imprint of the material. Here are some instructions to help organize your Sonic Secret Attractor
group.
1. A Sonic Secret Attractor group is best consisting of between 2-10 people.
2. A group should not review any more than 2 song sections per meeting.
3. The first group meeting should begin with a review of exactly what The Sonic Secret is and the last meeting
should end with an event or party.
4. A group should play the music video all the way through for the song section they are about to go over.
5. A group should play the Master Instruction Discs and share what they have recorded each time the CD
instructs them to pause.
6. Each member of the group should have a turn to share what they have recorded for that entry which will
be followed by a specific time limit for reaction and feedback from each member of the rest of the group
(1 minute, 2 minutes, etc).
7. It is advised for each member of the group to take notes and record specific parts of what is shared which
resonates with them.
8. Each person in the group should be expected to honor others in the group for specific items they have
shared.
9. Once the song sections are completed during each meeting each member of the group should spend a
minute in deep positive visualization and explain to the others what they see.
10. The end of each session should conclude with 10 minutes of focused group meditation.
