The project aims to contribute to increase the level of food sufficiency and food security which will redound to greater benefits and income to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and their Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs). Please refer to the attached Powerpoint presentation for details In this regard, please identify the ARCs to be covered by the project in your respective provinces. The criteria for the selection of area are the following: 1. At least 50 hectares of contiguous or proximate agricultural land; 2. ARBs willing and ready to join cluster farming operations, plant common crop/s, adopt a uniform package of technology, and participate in consolidation activities; 3. ARBs to retain individual ownership of the awarded land; 4. Presence of an ARBO to keep unity among cluster members, manage group production and consolidate marketing activities; 5. Supportive LGU; 6. Presence of prospective business partner/s.
