Scope of work :
1. To do steam service pipeline stress analysis.
2. To analyze the type of supports.
3. To analyze location of expansion loops & drains.

Inputs from Client:

 PMS(Piping Material Specification)
 P&ID(Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) 
  Piping Isometric Drawings 
  Support Standard Document 
  Valve Data Sheet(if available) 
 Equipment Vendor Data(for nozzle load calculations if any) 

Our Deliverables:
  Stress Analysis Calculation report. 
  Stress Isometric Drawings along with pipe supports and location of Drain Points.


 Caesar-II report including

 Stress summary
 Restraint Summary
 Displacement Summary
 Loads and Displacement
  Max allowable Stresses
 Flange leakage checking report as per NC 3658 method using C-II(if required).

Rate for above scope of work:

Our Lump-sum price is Rs. 260000/-( two lakhs sixty thousand rupees only)

Terms and Conditions:

Minimum 20 working Days required to complete the job (if all inputs available).

Commercial Terms and Conditions:

1. 25% of total project payment in advance & balance 75% against submission of design calculation.
2. Work will start after getting Work Order.
3. 14% Service Tax will be extra.
