ICP Product Registration Functionality

Functionality has been added to the ICP product registration website to allow dealers to search for their
company record without filling out an entire form.
 
Dealers can enter any of the following information to find their company record:
 Dealer Name
 Dealer Address
 Dealer Phone Number (starting with +1 in some cases)
 Dealer Email Address
 
I can’t find my dealership by searching by name. How can I find my company record?
Dealers can narrow search results by entering multiple terms separated by a comma (Smith Heating, 500
Cardinal Road).

I’m seeing multiple listings for my dealership. Which do I pick?

If dealers see multiple records tied to their name, they can select any of the search results listed as long
as the physical address is correct and distributor ID is correct.

I prefer the previous registration process?

Dealers can register products via the pre-existing process by clicking "Check here if you don't know your
HVAC Id". Please note Elite Dealers will not be able to use the old process to automatically get the extra
two years of No Hassle Limited Warranty added to their product registration file.

My address is wrong. How can I get it fixed?

The Company Administrator at the distributor will fill out the attached form with the updated address
information and send it over to icphvac@carrier.com.  Our Support Team can get the existing dealer
address updated per their request and advise back to them when complete. Currently distributors are
not able to update address information; only the internal HVACPartners Support Team.
 
I am an Elite Dealer but seeing an “N” next to my name instead of “Y”. What do I do?
 Elite Dealers need to have a Warranty CIN relationship created in HVACpartners in order to get the
additional two years of warranty automatically added to the product registration file. Anyone at the
distributor with Company Admin access would be able to update that on the dealer by adding the new
CIN entry.
