Electrical Quality Issues

1. ELR (Earth Leakage Relay) tripping and MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker)
shunt release circuit incomplete in Main DB at Core POP.

2. Earth Pits have not been measured for Earth resistance value under PMA
monitoring.

3. Timer circuits provided in Core POP are not concealed with enclosures. Live
Terminals are present in the circuit which may cause hazardous scenarios.

4. There are certain installations which may differ from as built drawings for which
change request need to be provided during AT.

Example:
a) Cable specification from Isolator to MCCB.
b) Copper wire 10 SWG specifications provided in the BQ not seen during general
inspection.

5. At some places, AC was leaking water inside the POP.

Specifically, at Paruthippara Core POP in Trivandrum there has been ongoing AC

issues. The same issues have been persisting even after periodic rectification.
Please send a proper team to troubleshoot and rectify the issue.
