Login with Salesrep profile and navigate to Accounts.

Select a valid verified account.


Validate the fields Account Verification Status= Verified, RPL Status= Released, Credit Check Status=
Qualified and Credit Decision= Approved.

Navigate to contacts and create new contact.


Navigate to Opportunities from Contact page.

Create New Business Opportunity.


Select the created opportunity and click on priliminary portfolio products.

Add Portfolio Product, quantity and sales price and save it.
Change the stage of opportunity to Stage2.

Click on New Quote. Enter quote details like Term start date, Term end date and term then save it.
Go to Quote created, Opportunity, Account name, Pricebook are auto populated.

Add Additional details to quote I.e., Bill to Contact, Ship to Contact and End Customer Contact.
Validate the subsidary.

Click on Configure products.


Click on Add Products.

Search for the product “CB-VIC01”


Select the wrapper product.

Select the product and update the quantity.


Select Extension product . Click on others and validate whether Support product is selected by
default.
Click on Save.

Validate whether the quantity of Support product and Base product is same.
Validate whether the sales event is “New Sale”.

Add the amount to extension product manually and click on calculate.


Add one more product to the quote and give Sales Event as “ Fullfillment only”
Validate the discount of fullfillment products is 100%

We can add additional discount to the base product as below.


Check whether the Quote total ammount is greater than 500,000 USD. If not add the amount
manually to extension product and click on calculate.

Check whether the quote total price is greater than 500,000USD and click on save.
Change the Billing Frequency of the quote to Annually and save it.
Click on Submit for Approval.

Validate whether the Quote Status and Sub-status are changed to Pending Approval.
Click on Preview Approval.

Approve the quote as per Approval Steps.


Login with Quote_Operations role for first approval.
Login with Deal desk role for second approval.
Login with Deal Desk role for third approval.
Click on Assigned to and add quote operations profile.
Open the created Quote in Salesrep profile and validate whether the Quote Status and Sub status is
approved.

Change the Stage of opportunity to Stage 4 and validate whether the Amount is same as quote
ammount.
Click on Generate Legal Document.

Click on Merge and download.


Open the document and Validate the fields (Bill to, Ship to fields and Subsidary information, Product
group, License & Support, Total Price, List of Products, Quantity of the products and Date).
Change the Stage of opportunity to Stage5.

Click on Send for Signature.


Give Email ID, enable the checkbox and click on next.
Click on Send.

Verify whether mail has been sent to the given Email ID. Click on the link given in the mail, Sign the
document and click on apply.
Validate whether the Quote Status is changed to Quote issued and Sub status to Customer Accepted.

Click on Order Document, fill the mandatory fields and submit it.
Change the Status of Quote to Customer Accepted. Check whether the Quote Sub status is changed to
Not Released.
Validate the Integration Status.
Validate whether the status of MDM, ERAM, OSGT is complete and Export Compliance Status is
Approved.

Validate the Quote Sub Status is Released.


Validate the Ordered Checkbox is enabled.

Go to related tab and select the Pre-Order under Orders.


Validate whether SO is created and Netsuite Status is Complete.

Login to Netsuite and approve the SO created.


Validate NetSuite Finance Approved/Reject status is Approved
Validate whether OSGT status is complete and Export compliance status is approved.

Validate that the Service Contract is generated. Open Service Contract and validate whether Renewal
Opportunity is generated.

Renewal Opportunity is not generated.


Validate whether SLD status is complete and SLD PDAPI URL is generated.

SLD status is errored.
