Add Portfolio Product, quantity and sales price and save it.
Change the stage of opportunity to Stage2.
Click on New Quote. Enter quote details like Term start date, Term end date and term then save it.
Go to Quote created, Opportunity, Account name, Pricebook are auto populated.
Add Additional details to quote I.e., Bill to Contact, Ship to Contact and End Customer Contact.
Validate the subsidary.
Validate whether the quantity of Support product and Base product is same.
Validate whether the sales event is “New Sale”.
Check whether the quote total price is greater than 500,000USD and click on save.
Change the Billing Frequency of the quote to Annually and save it.
Click on Submit for Approval.
Validate whether the Quote Status and Sub-status are changed to Pending Approval.
Click on Preview Approval.
Change the Stage of opportunity to Stage 4 and validate whether the Amount is same as quote
ammount.
Click on Generate Legal Document.
Verify whether mail has been sent to the given Email ID. Click on the link given in the mail, Sign the
document and click on apply.
Validate whether the Quote Status is changed to Quote issued and Sub status to Customer Accepted.
Click on Order Document, fill the mandatory fields and submit it.
Change the Status of Quote to Customer Accepted. Check whether the Quote Sub status is changed to
Not Released.
Validate the Integration Status.
Validate whether the status of MDM, ERAM, OSGT is complete and Export Compliance Status is
Approved.
Validate that the Service Contract is generated. Open Service Contract and validate whether Renewal
Opportunity is generated.
