The Plan includes: (a) Various internship options (b) Relative weightage to each option 1 PGP 25.05.2021 See Note 1 (c) Specific conditions/stipulations related to the respective option (d) Evaluation criteria for each option (e) Monitoring mechanism (f) End of Internship certification, etc. 2 Students to submit the Summer Internship Proposals (Regn) PGP 15.06.2021 3 Scrutiny & approval of Summer Internship Proposals (Regn) PGP 25.06.2021 Communicate the nomination of students to various organizations Activity to be carried indicating (a) student's profile (b)request for monitoring the student 4 PGP out during May-2021 See Note 2 progress (c) End-of-SIP certificate to be issued by the organization, to August-2021 etc 5 Allotment of Faculty Guide(s) to the students PGP 03.06.2021 Meeting of individual student with respective Primary+Secondary Students + Guides. The Guide to design a customized Activity & Time Chart 6 Respective Faculty 04.06.2021 onwards for individual student, give a copy to the student and email a copy Guides / Co-guides to PGP office for record.

Students return to the 10 Students 13.08.2021 See Note 2 campus 20.07.2021 Guide to discuss the progress of 1st Phase with individual 11 Nominated Faculty to student and sign his progress report. 13.08.2021 12 Students to submit Final Summer Internship report in the PGP office Students 20.08.2021 23.08.2021 13 Viva-voce presentation and examination of Summer Internship IC / PGPC to 26.08.2021 NOTE: 1. Though faculty guides are nominated by the Institute, the students may interact with any faculty, but should ensure that the nominated faculty guides are kept informed and updated about the progress of the internship projects. The Internship Report of the students must be duly approved and signed by the nominated faculty guide(s) only. 2. Students who plan to take internship outside India must inform the faculty guides, PGP office and the internship organization in advance about the dates of the Internship. 3. All reports as assigned by the faculty guide(s) must be submitted as per dates given by the guide(s) and the PGP office by every Friday.
