They moved in this place when they got married because it is


an inherited land by my father.

The challenge that we encountered for living in this place is


because it is in a remote area, the signal is weak and it is far
from the resources in the city.

The place where my parents lived with their parents are far from each other. They settled in Brgy. Arado because it is an unoccupied land that is inherited by my father. My father
works in EVSU while my mother works at Dulag NHS but at the end of the day, they always go home because their workplace is not that farm our home. The social capital in this
migration pattern is because Brgy. Arado is where my father’s ancestors lived for years and he also have living relatives within this barangay. So for me, the migration pattern is
more because of culture than economic reasons.
