1. Incentive will only be payable after a Real Advisor crosses 7, 00,000 value monthly.

*For Star A real advisor (Old salary structure) & Royal Club Outlets.

1. Incentive will only be payable after a Real Advisor crosses 9, 00,000 value monthly.

Scheme period: - 1stJune 2021 till 30th June ’2021

1. Applicable for Realme Advisor’s on the payrolls of Agency.

2. IMEI number being activated after the DOJ shall only be considered for incentive calculation.
3. IMEI No. activation should be within the same scheme month i.e (June’21).
4. The entire sell out is based on Application data (Activation). All uploading should be done within same month of
sales only. Advisors should only upload their own sale with his own user Id only to be considered as his/her sell-out.
Sell-out of TV shall be added for the purpose of Incentive and KPI calculations.

5. During the Incentive scheme period, if there is any fake reporting the Incentive will be cancelled & it June lead to
termination of advisor’s services.
6. The Incentive sell-out scheme is applicable only on stock billed to your outlet by the authorized distributor of the
area, Models purchased from online/ Cross Territory sales will not be qualified for Incentive. Difference of 10%
between outlet activation & sales reported in the app. by Real Advisor is permissible; anything beyond that will lead to
further action/investigations.
7. Realme reserves the right to disqualify the Advisor and not pay anything, if found that Advisor has indulged in any
unfair or illegal trade practices, Besides this Company has the rights to withdraw the scheme at any point of time.
8. Any Demo Unit is not allowed to sell till the contract is finish and is not eligible for Incentive.
9. DOA IMEI’s will not be considered for incentive salary and calculation.
10. Target for every Real Advisor will be as per the outlet target, all SKU will have 1:1 ratio for the purpose of
incentive calculations.
11. BULK Uploading shall be considered as FAKE Reporting & Advisor will also be disqualified from the Incentive
Scheme.
12. Uploads and activations on the launch day shall be excluded from Bulk.
