 Provide training to a leadership group in engineering skills of Government and
commercial development.
 Fulfill the needs of for scientist engineers and technicians.
The issue of a objectives of education is as old as Civilization itself it has been viewed in
various ways in different periods of human history it is a perennial question always fresh
and in capable of A final verdict that will hold a for all times.
A brief description of the fundamental objective of Islamic education May be summarised as
below.
All education objectives at the growth of the individual but the principle of growth differ
from culture of culture Islam stands for the golden mean and its ideal is the development of
a balanced personality.

The prime minister of Pakistan after the ministry of education to formulate our national education policy that

 Creating relationship between supply and demand of teacher.
 Rising the quality of teacher education.
 Achieving Universal primary education by using formal and non formal approach.
 Making curriculum development continuous process.
 Developing technical and vocational education the country.
 Teacher student relationship.
Our great educational scholar and authorities on education play great emphasis on the relationship
between the teacher and The Pupil because the teacher appears to the pupils in different personality
in different connection sometime is a hero some time he is a mesmerist and sometimes he is there
test master but the teacher must remember that the he influences his pupils at all times hence he
must be careful about his conduct pupils will respect him when he himself this practice in rules of the
education system the worst thing a teacher could do is to make pupils discouraged.
A teacher should tell a people of laser faults privately not talk about them with other teachers in the
teachers room if teachers would help student solve their personal problems the students would look
up to the teachers as friends to whom Dekho determine in need students also want teachers who
give skillful instruction and this only depend upon the good relationship between teachers and
students.
 For good relationship between teacher and student in the teachers determined to do something to
meet the needs of their students for this purpose they should make a survey as a result of this survey
the teacher gained more understanding of the children in their class is paved the way for a closer
relationship between home and school and made active efforts to change conditions they can see
with their own I'd had they are the teacher is like the hub of a wheel from which radiate relationship
with specialists , community and parents .
 All these teacher uses for the good of the student it is the teacher responsibility to use its
constructive influence and to help modefi control for eliminate its destructive forces.
 According to Qazi Ibn Jamaah
 The teacher should gult his tuples with a welcome when they visit him and when they are seated ,he
should make invisible enquiries about their personal affairs and those of their dependents after the
usual salutation.
 He should address them with a smelling face and a spirit of companionship ,love and sympathy so

go completely counter to that views of life mind and history which is recommended by the universal
religion of mankind the test of eliminating these concepts for the two Muslim scholars intellectual and
educated so the Islamization up knowledge required these tasks
 Identification of the real Islamic values and their propagation.

 Their total elimination and building a real Islamic society.
 The important thing is that Muslims should co-ordinate their efforts and established there priorities

the culture.

grandfather of Islamic Administration and supervision and the most popular individual in the history of
Islam next to the prophet (SWA) And Hazra Abu Bakar (R.A) Kumar founded the Islamic state and was one
of the builders of Islamic civilization .Morever he conquered such ancient Kingdoms of the East and West
as Persia and part of the Roman byzantium.

 The real meaning of Islamic administration as a public service was enhanced Hazrat Umar(R.A) who was
quotedas saying to the people.

 I have appointed over you governors and the Giants not be beat your body's or take your morning but
rather to teach you and service you.

 Listen verily I am sending you as rulers and potentates ,rather, I am sending you are the leaders of
guidance so that man may I follow you Gender and Tu to the Muslims their rights hi to them not just you

 Third caliph.

 The third caliph Hazrat U mar (R.A) b. Affan was an old man when he succeeded Hazrat Umar(R.A) .Briefly
,Hazrat u mar (R.A) followed in Hazrat at (R.A)’s footsteps in the conduct of Government and
administration until he became too old and too weak to supervisor this ideas and governors.

 Fourth caliph.

maintained.

 Strike against corruption ,justice,and evil usage of authority against citizens.

 Be responsible for any defect in his officers as long as he knows and tolerates it.

 Keep regular persistent communication with his governors.

 Bewear not to develop traits of self Administration and self appreciation

 Reserve nothing for for himself or his priorities which is common property to all or in which others have
equal rights?(I.e.Water,Energy,Air).
