REFLECTION

Session 1: Financial Management

What challenge did I face today as a leader?

As a leader assigned as a fiscal manager, who handles and oversee the MOOE and other finances of
school, we should always have a honest heart, empowered, accountable, responsible, with integrity and
transparent always.

How did I respond?

With all my heart and effort, I will make sure to not be astray in the path I am pursuing and to always
have a clear conscience in doing what is right not only for out school, but all the people involved in it.

What was the result or impact of my response?

I can be proud of the things I had done with a clear conscience.

Session 2: M&E Process

What Challenge did I face today as a Leader?

With this topic, I am challenged to conduct a regular and rigorous monitoring and Evaluation in order to
make improvement and adjustment of the existing PPA’s in our school.

How did I respond?

This training helped me to improve the way I conduct M&E in our school, it also enhances my way of
thinking to effectively and efficiently do it for the betterment of our PPA’s.

What was the result or impact of my response?

This will strongly improve the way I conduct our M&E in our School. I am now equipped with the correct
and improved process on how to do it.
