1.  THE  THREAT:  Our  Five  Top  Problems  
-­‐What  are  your  five  top  problems  for  business  in  
Indonesia?  Explain  the  logic  of  your  selec=on!  
 
2.  THE  LOOP  HOLES:  What  Can  S=ll  Go  On  
-­‐Give  your  analysis  about  the  businesses  or  
endeavors  that  can  s=ll  go  on  in  today’s  
situa=on!  Why  do  you  think  so?  Explain  your  
reason!  
3.  THE  OPPORTUNITIES:  The  Future  Endeavor    
-­‐List  three  business  opportuni=es  that  you  think  
you  have!    Why  do  you  think  so?  Give  your  
analysis!  
 
4.  THE  DREAM:  Hope  for  the  Future  
 -­‐From  your  list  of  ideas,  choose  one  idea  that  
your  group  think  as  the  most  feasible  business  
idea  to  develop  for  the  future!    
5.  THE  PLAN:  OUR  VPD  AND  BMG  
-­‐Make  your  analysis  about  your  business  idea  using  
Value  Proposi4on  Design  Canvas  to  find  the  values  
that  you  try  to  offer  for  your  customers  or  
consumers!  
-­‐Make  your  Business  Model  Genera=on  that  
explains  your  strategy!  
 
6.  THE  PROPOSAL:  Our  Propose  Ac=on  
-­‐Write  your  EXECUTIVE  SUMMARY  such  that  people  
will  understand  the  general  idea,  the  importance,  
the  urgency,  the  values,  and  the  strategy  for  
implemen=ng  your  business  idea.
