We, the undersigned, being the Directors of BEVERLY HILLS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“BHHA”), a homeowners association
duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with office address at Pascua Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision,
Antipolo and Taytay City, DO HEREBY ADOPT the following resolution:

“BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Board of Directors approves to construct a SECURITY OUTPOST
located at Sunflower Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision, Antipolo and
Taytay City, necessary for the improvement of its security
facilities; and for this purpose, ________________ is hereby
authorized to sign, execute and deliver any and all applications,
service agreements, documents and other papers, and to do and
cause to be done all other acts and things necessary, proper,
convenient to give effect to the foregoing resolution”

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the PHP _____________ budget of

BHHA for the construction of the security outpost, is hereby
approved and shall be allocated.”
