We, the undersigned, being the Directors of BEVERLY HILLS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“BHHA”), a homeowners association
duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with office address at Pascua Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision,
Antipolo and Taytay City, DO HEREBY ADOPT the following resolution:

“BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Board of Directors approves to increase the salary of
maintenance staff to from PHP 300.00 to PHP 378.50 per day to
comply with the minimum wage pursuant to the Department of
Labor and Employment (DOLE) National Wages and Productivity
Commission Wage Order.”

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the said increase shall take effect

on ____________ 2017”
