We, the undersigned, being the Directors of BEVERLY HILLS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“BHHA”), a homeowners association
duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with office address at Pascua Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision,
Antipolo and Taytay City, DO HEREBY ADOPT the following resolution:

“BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Board of Directors approves to increase the construction bond
and corresponding fees, as follows:

New PHP 100,000 - 200,000 PHP 15,000 - 30,000

Major PHP 50,000 - 100,000 PHP 5,000 - 10,000
renovation
Minor PHP 25,000 -   50,000 PHP 2,500 -   5,000
renovation
Fencing PHP 20,000 -   40,000 PHP 2,000 -   4,000

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the new schedule of fees shall take

effect on 01 August 2017.”
