We, the undersigned, being the Directors of BEVERLY HILLS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“BHHA”), a homeowners association
duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with office address at Pascua Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision,
Antipolo and Taytay City, DO HEREBY ADOPT the following resolution:

“BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Board of Directors approves the forfeiture of refundable
construction bond unclaimed for five (5) years.

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the forfeiture shall take effect on

01 August 2017.”
