We, the undersigned, being the Directors of BEVERLY HILLS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“BHHA”), a homeowners association
duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with office address at Pascua Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision,
Antipolo and Taytay City, DO HEREBY ADOPT the following resolution:

“BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Board of Directors approves to acquire tarpaulin signage for the
purpose of cascading the hotline numbers of BHHA; and for this
purpose, ________________ is hereby authorized to sign,
execute and deliver any and all applications, service agreements,
documents and other papers, and to do and cause to be done all
other acts and things necessary, proper, convenient to give effect
to the foregoing resolution”

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the PHP _____________ budget of

BHHA for the acquisition of tarpaulins, is hereby approved and
shall be allocated.”
