INTRODUCTION

Niathu Group of Hotels & Resorts is recognised for its unique flavour of hospitality that offers
world-class refinement while remaining deeply rooted in its Naga heritage. Established in the
year 2005, Niathu Group currently has 4 beautiful properties under its umbrella. Niathu Resort,
Noune Resort and Niathu Villa in Dimapur, and Hotel Vivor in Kohima, Nagaland. Every one
of their establishments is located on prime property and easily accessible by road, rail and air.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

 To explore the profile of the company/firm.

 To understand the work ethics and management system within the company/firm.
 To explore the various types of services and activities the company/firm has to offer.
 To determine the annual analysis on tourist consumption of the company/firm’s services
or products.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this study is to gain abstract knowledge about the functioning system regarding
Niathu Group of industry, Nagaland. With the detailed and brief concept, the researcher hopes to
gather genuine sources on how Niathu Group of industry, Nagaland came into existence and how
it has progressively grown and developed over the years providing services and employments.

METHODOLOGY

In order to gather information, the researcher will contribute the maximum effort in collecting
primary data if at all viable through tools like prepared set of questionnaires as well as indepth
personal interviews with respondents. However keeping in mind the present scenario and status
of dark tourism, the researcher will heavily rely on secondary sources like published and
unpublished journals and articles, facts and some relatable books or magazines or newspapers.

CONCLUSION

As to sum up my proposal, I would like to emphasize that even though the world is going
through an unspeakable crisis and pandemic, I would like to assure you that this project will also
enable the researcher to explore the functioning of hospitality managements which would be a
great learning experience and opportunity.
