Main door provided for the guest rooms are fire resistant doors. Which
are resistant upto 2 Hours.
Main door lock set provided is of RFID Lock and operated with Six
batteries.
Main door stopper is provided and the brand name for the same is
DOORSET & DOORMA
Next to the main door is key slot and thermostat.
Writing Desk and luggage rack:-
1. All the rooms are provided with a writing desk of 30” inch height.
2. Guest room telephone with BETTLE brand.
3. In room dinning menu / I home dock / Table lamp
4. Universal Socket with a switch for the writing desk of 230 watts.
5. Leatherette writing chair. (Square shaped)
6. Stainless steel dust bin with bin liner (Fire proof).
7. Non Smoking tent card is also there. (Penality are INR 2000++ if smoking
is done)
Television :-
1. Sony television with 40 inch screen is provided in all the guest rooms.
2. Fast way set up box is provided in all the rooms.( In conversation to Airtel
as well )
One full length mirror is provided in all the bed rooms for the guests on
the bathroom sliding door.
One spot light (LED) with 12 watts is provided above the full length mirror
on bathroom sliding door for guest usage, and along with switch. one
socket is provided with 230 watts.
A sheer and a Heavy blind are provided for guest.
Two bedside tables are provided on both sides of the guest bed. Below
mentioned are the items placed on the Left hand side bed table.
Two sockets with switches are provided next to bedside table with 230
watts for the guest comfort to charge or to use as a laptop charger
Description of the Bed :-
1. Size of the King Bed is 72 “ X 78 “
2. Size of the twin bed is 36” X 78”
3. Brand name of the mattress is “Sealy posturepedic mattress” with 09”
thickness.
4. Height of the bed after making the bed is 26 inch in height.
5. We provide four feather pillows, two foam, and twofeathersin all the
guest rooms.
6. Leather head board is provided in all the guest rooms.
7. The linen which we use in our guest rooms are of 300 thread count.

Details of the items provided on one bed side table:-
Scribbling pad with a pencil along with TV remote and channel menu.
Do not disturb, Make my room, AC temperature control, Alarm, World
clock, Room lights control is on bed side table.
1. One socket is provided again with 230 watts, and a reading right (spot
light) switch can be operated from the bed.
2. There are 2 USB charger socket is also there for mobile charging.
History of bathroom :-
1. Vanity counter is of 29 inch height with marble on the top.
2. Side wall of Vanity counter is provided with one number of stainless steel
rods. For hanging the hand towels.
3. A stainless steel dust bin besides the water closet is provided with a bin
liner in it fire proof.
4. Hair dryer provided in the guest wash rooms is of VALERAbrand (1600
WATT), and the same is kept under the vanity counter inside the drawer.
5. Bathroom switch control switch is given on the above the water closet.
6. Shaver socket is provided with two options of power supply. One is 120
watts. And the same is on the above the water closet.
7. A shaving mirror is provided in the wash rooms for the guests. And the
same is above the Vanity Counter.
8. Leather black tissue box with tissues are placed on the vanity counter.
9. The brand name of the wash basin is JAGUAR with the size of 13”X13”
and the capacity is 12 liters.
10.Wash basin tap mixture is from JAGUAR.
11.One soap BOITIQUE is provided on the vanity counter the weight is gms.
12.Acrylic tray is provided on the vanity counter for placing the guest
supplies. ( Two face towels, One shower cap, One Disposable bag, One
body lotion, Ear buds, One Emery board, Dental Kit, Shaving kit and a
comb). Dental and shaving kit is on call
13.All the amenities are from BOITIQUE.
14.Wall hanging bath room telephone of Unify is fixed in the guest rooms,
besides the water closet (this mentions the emergency number as 0 on
the receiver).
15.Water closet is of PARRYWARE CARDIFF and the flush button is from
JAGUAR.
16.A long vertical mirror in the bath room above the vanity counter.
17.Health faucet is fixed on RHS side of the Water closet.
18. A Iron rod is next to water closet with toilet paper.
19.Shower cubical glass is a toughened glass, and the door opening towards
outside.

All the keys includes the master metal key is in control room
If the lockers in the room are not working or locked, security is having
the keys to open it.
Conclusion
I have leart a lot from this project i have learnt much about the hotel and its
operation.its service to guest and facilities they provide.
from the whole project we have seen that in hotel industry the policies and
functioning of each hotel in little bits of other hotels.
