As a future teacher, we must be creative in preparing our instructional materials in order for
the students to really listen to us attentively. This means that we should be flexible enough
when it comes to preparing the method of teaching to our students. As we all know in an
inclusive education system students are diverse in physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and
psychological. We need to put our minds that they have the capabilities to learn equally even
though they have an exception. I will use a non- traditional resources like PowerPoint, videos,
audio, kinesthetic multimedia and many more can be engage students learning. A non-
traditional will bring learning more exciting and enjoyable to every one of the class. Through
the act of performing this, even the students with disabilities can understand and can
cooperate the activities well. In making learning methods we will need to be resourceful to use
technologies if we want our student to become knowledgeable and competitive individual. As a
future educator, I am responsible of the academic performance of my students. If I will a given
a chance to become a teacher in God I will set rules for my students especially with my students
exception. First rule is they must respect individual opinion. Second they must love one
another. Third they should not bully their classmates and others. Fourth, they need to study
and work hard for their grades. Those are my rules that they need to follow for them to become
accountable of their actions. If my students will follow my rules in my class theirs possibility
that every students can improves academic excellence. They need is to persevere and
passionate to study in their lesson. As educator, our students have a lot of talents and skills all I
need is to discover and help them develop those gifts that they have. Even the students with
disabilities are the same with normal students. We do not know that students with exception
are more gifted than normal. Students with an exception need to have more acceptance of the
class and all they need is respect. In that way, if they will feel that way they can challenge
themselves to strive hard just like a normal students who have dreams in life to become
somebody else in the future. Those students need guidance to become a strong individual and
fight for their rights for example in education. Every one of us have the right of education
because education is necessary to prevent us ignorance of something. I will teach my students
to become friendly and to take up responsibility of caring for one another. In this situations,
most students with disabilities can speak and stand up for their rights and protect their friends
bullied. We all know that students with an exception can perform roles and functions to our
community and nurture to our minds that we should expose them. We will not separate them
to normal students and allow them to be included. This can lead to leadership and to have a
better inclusive education in our society.
