CONCLUSION-
These days, with the huge increase in business competition, it is even more important to have
staff involved, as it will increase organizational performance. This current study shows that job
satisfaction is an important way to engage employees. In contrast, pay, supervision, benefits, co-
workers, promotions, and salaries do not contribute much to employee involvement. Only the
work-related factors themselves are heavily devoted to employee involvement, as opposed to
factors that are rewarded as outcomes from work. A possible explanation for this may be that in
order to get involved, employees need to be satisfied with the things that drive internal
inspiration. Internal motivation can be found in meaningful and rewarding work. Employee
engagement is attracting a great deal of interest from employers across numerous sectors. In
some respects, it is a very old aspiration – the desire by employers to find ways to
increase employee motivation and to win more commitment to the job and the organization.
There is now a wider array of measurement techniques with which to assess trends in
engagement and an associated array of approaches to effect some change. Thus, aspiration can
more feasibly be translated into action.

LEARNINGS-
One of the most important things I learnt from this internship is new found knowledge. From this
internship, I got to know how to fulfil tasks that are relevant to my desired career path and
sharpening my skills that I already possess. In this internship, I learn to work as a team without
focusing entirely on others. I also develop patience in situations when I disagree with another
member of the team. Being adaptive to the surroundings easily is one of the most useful soft
skills. I also learned communication skills which is very important skill to learn. Communicating
well is a gem of a skill which I get to learn during my internship. This internship introduces me
to real-life work problems and hence develops my problem-solving skills. Also, I learnt work
ethics and try to learn to be adaptable to work environment. This internship experience makes me
more responsible and accountable for what decisions I make and how I execute what’s been
allocated to me. During this internship which is almost the beginning of my work life, I can’t
mark my absence on a regular basis. Hence, it helps me learn to manage my time better by
maintaining a balance between my work and personal life. After my internship, I should have a
better idea of the appropriate way to behave as a professional. This will help me a lot when I start
interviewing for jobs because I will be more confident and will sound more mature and
experienced in a business setting. It is for my own good and growth and it will improve the
quality of my work. Always work hard even if my task is small and seems unimportant.
Following the rules and instructions they give, makes it easier for everyone. This internship will
teach me to make my own decisions and do things on my own. Being able to work independently
with little guidance is very important in the working world.
