1. What could be done to make working condition is more pleasant?

Conclusions –

According to the survey conducted among 10 employees of different

organization’s 90% employees answered this question Among these 40% of the
employees think that the clean, hygiene and ventilated work environment makes
the working condition pleasant. 30% of the employees think that the proper
management and friendly environment makes the work more comfortable and
enjoyable. 10% of the employees believes that the upgrading technology and
skilled workers can make the working condition better. The rest of the
employees did not provide any opinions of them.

2. Are there any changes in procedure that you would like to recommend
in order to make operations flow more smoothly?

Conclusions –

In the Survey conducted among the employees of different Organizations 50%

of them have responded to this question. Among the respondents who answered
this question majority of the employees says that coordination is the main thing
that lacks in the organizations. They point out that the coordination between the
workers, top management, middle level management and also among the
colleagues is improved operations can flow more smoothly.

3. Are there any other comments you would like to share?

Conclusions -

Majority of the respondents did not give any other suggestions. Only a few
respondents suggested that the questions can be put into more reliable and
understandable manner. Some also appreciated the effort to bring the topic into
light which made them realize about their opinion about the organization and
themselves.
