Thank you for your interest in OICWE2020.

Once again, congratulations on the acceptance of your manuscript for publication in the proceedings of OICWE2020. As you know
the conference has been postponed to 9-11 November, 2021. However, it is planned to complete the publication of the proceeding
well ahead of the conference dates and it could be made available online in the ICE portal in advance.

The Proceedings of OICWE2020 will be published in both conventional (Hard bound Book) and electronic formats by ICE. The
standards of ICE publications are very high and ICE has strict requirements. These are:
1. Accepted papers should fully comply with the ICE template, which is provided to you on easychair and a copy is attached
with this letter, for your convenience.
2. The final camera ready manuscript should be in MS word format and pdf.
3. All reviewers’ comments should be addressed either by amending the manuscript and making the required changes or
providing justification for not including them.
4. A signed ICE license to publish agreement should be submitted with the camera ready manuscript.

The Technical Committee has reviewed your submitted manuscript and it was observed that it doesn’t comply with one or more of
the above requirements.

Please, check your paper carefully to ensure compliance with all requirements and then submit the camera ready version. It is the
responsibility of authors to ensure that their manuscripts are in full compliance with the ICE requirements to avoid omission of
their papers from the publication in the proceedings by the ICE publishing team.

Easychair submission portal (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=oicwe2020) has been reconfigured to allow submission of

MS word and PDF files separately. The signed ICE licence to publish agreement (pdf) and detailed response to reviewers’
comments (word file) should also be submitted online.

We would highly appreciate if you could check the compliance of your paper with the requirements and submit the camera ready
version with all attachments by 15 October 2020.
