Annual leave
You’ll enjoy a generous annual leave allowance of 27 days a year plus
bank holidays, which rises to 29 days after five years and 33 days after
ten years.
Outer London payment (weighting)
Everyone receives an additional outer London weighting payment of
15% of their basic salary. This will be a minimum payment of £3,553
and a maximum of £4,528 per year, on top of your salary.

home, part-time hours and job sharing.
Pension
We’ll contribute 14% towards your pension if you join the

We offer special rates for staff at our Ofsted-registered day nurseries

Our OH services can support with stress management, confidential

Eye tests
For DSE users only, corrective glasses found to be necessary for working
with DSE will be funded up to £50. The cost of the eye sight test for DSE
users will be met by the Trust to a maximum of £20. Repeat eye sight
testing for users is every 24 months unless otherwise directed by an

Car parking
There’s staff car parking available on the Northwick Park, Central
Middlesex and Ealing Hospital sites. Many of our smaller sites also
