Retirement Benefits Health Benefits

State Street offers Pension benefits to help the employ-
ees to save for their retirement.
• State Street will every year contribute to the provident
fund established under the Employees Provident
Fund Scheme an amount equal to 12% of the Salary
and relevant allowances. Employees also contribute
an equal amount towards their Provident Fund.
• State Street will every year make contributions to a
gratuity fund as per the applicable law.

Group Medical Insurance
Coverage will automatically commence on the first day of
your employment & ceases on the day following your last
day of service with State Street. Employee will receive wel-
come email from Marsh with Login details for single sign on
(SSO) through which Employee can access Mediassist por-
tal as well.
OPD Benefits
Employees are eligible for OPD benefits which covers
Dental, Vision, Health Checks & Lab tests.
Maternity Benefits
All Married Female Employees and Spouse of Married
Male Employees.
