That I give my full consent and authority to GLENDA NOVELA
PREGONER to be married to ABDULLAH AHMED S. ALZAHRANI at
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
