account payment of 2"d Installment of l't tranche of Central Assistance for financial year 2O2l-22
towards wage (Category SC) component to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Sir,
In continuation to this Ministry's Mother sanction order of even No. dated 27.05.2021, ant I
directed to convey the sanction of the President of India for release of an amount of Rs. 11711781765l- ( Rs. One
Crore Seventy One Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Five Only) to State
Employment Guarantee Fund-National Electronic Funds Management (SEGF-NeFMS-SC) Account of Andhra
Pradesh as 2't Installment out of total amount of Rs. 91,16,66,130/- [Rs. 89,58,85,000/- (vide Mother Sanction
dated27.05.2021) * Rs. 1,57,81,1301- (Residual amount of previous mother sanction dated 30.04.2021 with
U.O. No. 4lFinancel202l-22). for implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA during the FY -2021-22.
The details of the fund are as under:

2. The payment under DBT are linked to the FTOs generated based on primary records retained at
GP/Block level and therefore the accounts/primary records will be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor
General of India and the Internal Audit of the Principal Accounts Office of the Ministry of Rural Development
in terms of Rule 236 (l) of the General Financial Rules-2017.

3. Further installment out of the remaining sanctioned amount would be released as per FTOs entered
in MIS by State Government and reflected in PFMS.

4. The grant is towards plan expenditure and will be utilized for approved items of works subjectto
the conditions laid down in the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Guidelines issued from time to time. No deviation
from the provisions of these Guidelines is permissible.

5. All other terms and conditions mentioned in sanction order of even number dated27.05.2021 shall
remain the same.

Drawing & Disbursing Officer for the purpose.

above will be transferred through PFMS to registered accounts
of State Employment Guarantee Fund in Account No. 400783988A in the name of SEGF- I\IEFM$SC
under Mahatma Gendhi IYREGA, in the State Bank of India, TREASIIRY BRANCII
IBRAHIMPATNAM, ANJANEYA TOWERS, l"t FLOOR, IBRAHIMPATNAM, DIST.KRISHNA,
AIIDHRA PRADESH- 52L456,IFSC Code No. SBIN0018876.
