Briefly, this article discusses Islamic business coaching from the viewpoint of Indonesian
coaches. The introduction describes the failure to cope with current teaching approaches in coping
with complex issues and obstacles that entrepreneurs often encounter on a regular basis. In
addition, the introduction further identifies an entrepreneur who has a leadership role, who may
need day-to-day monitoring due to the regular occurrence of evolving market circumstances, even
though the entrepreneur gets experience and preparation. This overview then explains the literature
in which there are two items, such as Faith and Faith in Business Coaching and Islamic Business
Coaching. Spirituality in Business Coaching describes how an individual prays, worships and other
ceremonies, but linked to life that includes a person, a community and a person, and also explains
how a person knows how to produce income then according Islam. In addition, Religion and
Spirituality in Business Coaching stresses the tradition of finding wisdom as a responsibility
through instruction, teaching, Islamic-based educational practices. Next, Islamic Business
Coaching discusses how to do business by Islamic instruction, which is more religious and moral
than traditional. Islamic companies would use the Qur'an and the words of the Prophet as opposed
to traditional enterprises that stress the training agenda and the accomplishment of material targets.
In addition to Christian perspectives, coaches who combine their Christian beliefs, ideals and
worldview into improved coaching strategies to support their coaches. Then, this article describes
the research study, i.e. begins with a literary review to identify the initial gap study gaps. It follows
a preparatory stage for the preparation of interview guides, outlining relevant research tools,
research issues and objectives along with selecting courses that meet the criteria of 5 Islamic

Islamic Business Training Session, which deals with strategic management elements that include
the organization’s vision and mission, business goals, business strategy and business strategy
development. Finally, this article describes the results of business training. Islamic business
coaches argue that the results obtained by business coaches are skills in strategic management,
partner management, organization, business skills, Islamic values in business construction and
business ethics.
