Abstract— The authors must follow the instructions given in the document for
the papers to be published. You can use this document as both an instruction set
and as a template into which you can type your own text. The abstract is to be in
fully-justified italicized text as it is here, below the author information. Use the word
“Abstract” as the title, in 12-point Times New Roman, boldface type, centered
relative to the column, initially capitalized. The abstract is to be in 11-point, single-
spaced type, and may be up to 3 in. (18 picas or 7.62 cm) long. Leave two blank lines
after the abstract, and then begin the main text. All manuscripts must be in English.
1. INTRODUCTION
This document is a template. An electronic copy can be downloaded from the journal
website. For questions on paper guidelines, please contact the journal publications
committee as indicated on the journal website. Information about final paper submission
is available from the journal website. These guidelines include complete descriptions of
the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your proceedings manuscripts.
2. PAGE LAYOUT
An easy way to comply with the journal paper formatting requirements is to use this
document as a template and simply type your text into it
A. Page Layout
Your paper must use a page size corresponding to A4 which is 21 cm (8.27") wide and
29.7cm (11.69") long. The margins must be set as follows:
• Top = 2.03 cm (0.80")
• Bottom = 3.05 cm (1.20")
• Left = Right = 3.5 cm (1.38")
3. PAGE STYLE
All paragraphs must be indented. All paragraphs must be justified, i.e. both left-
justified and right-justified.

The entire document should be in Times New Roman or Times font. Type 3 fonts must
not be used. Other font types may be used if needed for special purposes.
Recommended font sizes are shown in Table 1.
4.1. AFFILIATIONS
Each affiliation must include, at the very least, the name of the company and the name
of the country where the author is based (e.g. NADIA Pub, Australia).

5.3. EQUATIONS
Including symbols and equations in the text, the variable name and style must be
consistent with those in the equations. Equations should be indented at the left margin
and numbered at the right margin, equation number is enclosed with open and close
parenthesis () Time New Roman in style and 11pt font size. Define all symbols the first
time they are used. All equation symbols must be defined in a clear and understandable
way.

6. FIRST-ORDER HEADINGS
A level-1 heading 1. INTRODUCTION, should be Times New Roman 13-point
boldface, all capitalized, flush left, with one blank line before, and one blank line after.
7. FOOTNOTES
Use footnotes sparingly (or not at all) and place them at the bottom section o f the page
on which they are referenced to. Use Times New Roman 9-point type, single-spaced. To

help your readers, avoid using footnotes altogether and include necessary peripheral
observations in the text (within parentheses, if you prefer, as in this sentence).
APPENDIXES
An appendix, if needed, should appear before the acknowledgments.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
These should be brief and placed at the end of the text before the references.
REFERENCES
List and number all bibliographical references that has important contribution on the
paper, (if possible, limit to 20, which only are necessary citations are recommended). 9-
point Times New Roman, fully justified, single-spaced, at the end of your paper. Number
the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. [1]). Do not abbreviate the
months.
When referring to a reference item, please simply use the reference number, as in [2].
Do not use “Ref. [3]” or “Reference [3]” except at the beginning of a sentence, e.g.
“Reference [3] shows …”. Multiple references are each numbered with separate brackets
(e.g. [2], [3], [4]–[6]). (See examples below)
