The student does not disrupt class or school activities for personal issues. The student sometimes requires corrective action to limit or correct poor behavior. Student may exhibit body language and/or speech that indicates a lack of respect. (The student may participate in CYO Sports and Extracurricular Programs with written agreement/plan to improve behavior.) C+ The student follows few directions and frequently violates classroom and school rules. The student’s behavior or attitude consistently draws the attention of the teacher or supervisor. Occasionally the student fails to get along with peers. The student can be loud and disruptive. Student exhibits body language and/or speech that indicates a lack of respect. (At C+ and below, the student is excluded from participation on Honor Roll, CYO Sports, and all Extracurricular programs) C The student does not follow adult directions and ignores the rules of the school and classroom. The student frequently requires corrective measures to reduce the incidence of poor behavior. Student exhibits body language and/or speech that indicate a lack of respect. Student can be defensive and argumentative. Counseling may be recommended. C- The student does not follow adult directions and ignores the rules of the school and classroom. D The student’s behavior does not meet the minimum standards or expectations of the Cathedral Chapel School Parent-Student Handbook and does not align with Archdiocesan policy. The student is consistently disregarding and/or violating school and classroom rules. The procedures related to behavior probation will be followed if immediate improvement is not made by the student coupled with guardian support.
