Particularly high levels of magnesium in the blood can lead to heart problems, difficulty

breathing, and shock. In severe cases, it can result in coma.

Patient 01-
A 43 year old male the patient presented on July 24, 2019, with experiencing fatigue
and weakness for several days. This sought the patient to seek medical advice at
Golden Gate Batangas Hospital Inc. He presented to the emergency department with
complaints of nausea and vomiting for a few day's duration. The present condition
started three days prior to admission. He was admitted to the hospital and his
laboratory results, specifically in blood test the result showed that his level of
magnesium is around 7 mg/dL which is apart from the normal level (1.8-3). The
patient experienced episodes of on and off a headache. Deep tendon reflexes are lost
As the plasma levels increase the muscle weakness becomes more pronounced and there is a
marked reduction and then loss of deep tendon reflexes

po ng katawan kaya napapasuka ka may hypermagnesemia

(+)abnormally low blood pressure (hypotension) High Magnesium levels can impact


the heart and lungs, and levels in the upper end of this range may cause
extreme fatigue and low blood pressure. Hypotension dahil ng peripheral
Vasodilation occurs naturally in your body in response to triggers such as low oxygen levels
