Commitment on Cyber Security and User Privacy

In order to enable the effective delivery of the services, I solemnly swear:

Cyber security
(1) To comply with all relevant law in the local country and with the requirements of the customer;
to ensure that the service process does not introduce any security risks or problems.
(2) Never to crack a customer account password, attack or damage a customer network, or steal
any data or information from a customer network. Never to place illegal code, malware, or back
doors on a customer network; not to leave any non-public connections or accounts open.
(3) Never to use an unauthorized account or another person's account to log on to a customer
network. Not to publicly disclose any account names or passwords.
(4) To only download official versions of all software and patches from official websites indicated
by the customer, or using other customer-approved tools; not to install any unlicensed software.
Not to introduce any form of Trojan horse, back door, worm, virus, malware, unknown
functions, or unknown permissions in the course of network maintenance.
(5) Not to steal any data or information from user equipment; not to crack any user account names
or passwords.
(6) Not to connect to any customer network with my own personal equipment or storage media
without the customer's permission in writing.
(7) Not to carry out any operation beyond the scope defined by the customer.

User privacy
(1) To respect all applicable laws and regulations concerning personal data, privacy, freedom of
communication, and online cyber security; only to access or alter customer networks as
authorized by the customer.
(2) Not to use any user details to log on to the user account without the user's permission.
(3) Not to access, copy, or use any user data without written authorization from the user; to obtain
written authorization from the user before accessing any user data for purpose of delivering the
services, and to use the user data only within the scope of the authorization.
(4) To destroy any copies of user data on storage media as required by the customer, without
retaining any copies.
(5) Not to disclose or reveal any data or information from customer networks or user equipment; to
accept strict confidentiality obligations for any information or data obtained in the course of
delivering the services, before such data has been legitimately disclosed.
(6) Not to use personal data from customer networks or user equipment for my personal interests
or for other illegitimate purposes.
(7) Not to carry out any operation beyond the scope defined by the customer.

If I should breach any one of these commitments, I shall be held legally liable, and Company may
penalize me as defined in the relevant company regulations.
