Global Netapp Storage Lead at Delphi Technologies. Architected and deployed three main Data
Centers Hong Kong, Miami and Amsterdam to act as targets for 30 regional data centers. I
utilized Netapp SnapMirror and Snap vault to create a highly resilient multiple petabyte global

Responsible for hardware and software implementation and support for SAN, NAS, CAS, and
Backup Recovery products. This role required in-depth knowledge of EMC products including
Symmetrix, CLARiiON, Celerra, Centera, EDM, and Connectrix (Brocade and Cisco MDS), as
well as knowledge of multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, network and SAN
topologies, and disk management systems. As the Regional CAS Lead, was responsible as a focal
point for engineering involvement in any customer Centera issues in the region. Conduct monthly
meetings to inform and instruct a 15 member team responsible for Centera installations, upgrades,
and support.
Assisted in the building, maintenance, and operation of a regional test and training lab. Led
multiple projects to implement servers and network devices at minimal expense, reducing
hardware costs by up to 40%. Led development and implementation of technical training,
including "Centera Installation", "HPUX LVM DiskSuite Configuration", and "Understanding
SAN ". Local training drastically reduced training travel costs. Received recognition awards
Transformation (storage migration Engineer)
Responsible for global datacenter migrations and consolidations. Provide architectural and
operations support for EMC VMAX, VBLOCK, Clariion, DMX-4, IBM XIV and IBM SVC, Cisco
MDS, Brocade FC Switches VBlock in geographically dispersed global data centers.
